Hi, I’m Diane, the artist behind Coastal Walker. Coastal Walker was the result of a dream about starting my own business creating art. The day after the dream, I walked the beach and wrote “coastal walker” in the sand.

Besides my passion for the beach and walking, I am inspired by nature and my connection to the natural and spiritual world.
I am part Restless Spirit, Earthy Crunchy and Wild Child. My brand is an extension of my soul and my free flowing mind. Some of my biggest inspirations come through my dreams and in the signs I receive from worldly spirits. Secondly, the higher power of Mother Nature ignites me as I walk the beaches of FL and MA. I focus on my inner peace through art, writing, gardening, yoga and spending time with my husband, three adult children and friends and family.
My art and writing is an extension of who I am. My art evolves with the cultural experiences gained along my travels. I gather my found objects on beaches, search out locally sourced gemstones and weave these textural and natural elements and color schemes into my work.
I strive to find my own unique look and pride myself in handcrafting one-of-a-kind natural, coastal and spirited pieces. My creations connect self, nature and art. Every piece has a story and my hope is that my art inspires in you, moments of connecting with nature.

When I put on my original pearl wrap bracelet on my wrist, I am reminded of how far I have come in making my dream a reality.
If I had not acted on that dream back in 2017, then today’s glory would not exist. I love what I do and I am beyond grateful to be sharing my world with you. Anything is possible when you focus on following your dreams and freeing YOUR spirits…
