All full priced items, are available to return for CW Store credit or EXCHANGE ONLY. 

All Final Sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange.  Products must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, withing 14 days of receipt.  Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a store credit for the amount spent (excluding shipping costs). 

Please allow 5 Business days for your return to be processed once we have received it.  Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Please package the item securely and ship with your original invoice or a note that has your name, email and order number via any traceable method of your choice to the address below.

Coastal Walker products are all handcrafted.  Due to the delicate nature of some of the items, please handle with care.  For repair concerns, please email support to:  coastalwalkerart@gmail.com or send directly with a note that has your name, phone number and return address.  Customers are responsible for shipping items back to CW.
