Returns

  • We want you to love your Coastal Walker merchandise.  If, for any reason, you are not happy with the order, we accept refunds, merchandise credit or exchanges for full price merchandise ordered through our website up to 14 days after purchase.

  • This policy excludes all Sale and Custom Order merchandise.  SALE items are FINAL SALES.

  • When sending the item back, please package them securely and include your invoice with the shipment.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

  • Once received, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • If the item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly about your return.  We are not able to process any sort of return for items not purchased through our website.  

  • If the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact us at (email) and we will gladly help you with a repair or replacement.

Shipping & Packaging

  • Coastal Walker is a small business and each piece is handcrafted.  Please allow time to be made and then packaged gift-ready for you.

  • All orders are shipped Free in the U.S only via USPS, unless otherwise requested.

  • Packages can take 3-7 business days to be delivered once shipped

  • Please be advised that during Sale Events or National Holidays, shipping times may be longer.

  • Jewelry packages include CW hand stamped 100% cotton muslin storage bag to preserve your jewelry.

  • Recycled eco-friendly packaging on all items.

  • Personalized hand stamped thank you note card included.

Let’s treat everyday like it’s Earth Day. All products are globally and ethically sourced.  Coastal Walker  utilizes raw, organic, handmade, recycled and fair trade materials which is how we support artisans and help our environment. If you take care of them, just like in nature, they will last you a lifetime. A few Golden Rules to maintain quality and longevity of your jewelry: 

  • Do not wear in water

  • Avoid direct lotions, sunscreen, perfumes, colognes

  • Clean with polishing cloth to remove tarnish and bring back shine

  • Store in reusable, 100% cotton muslin bag for safekeeping

  • Condition with shea butter to preserve your leather pieces to keep their soft and durable essence.
